Sometimes scout units, camporees, summer camps, high adventure bases create their own custom camping patch for participation in a special event.

    • Evening Games
    • Service Project
    • Mealtime Cooking Challenge

Many museums, living history farms, festival groups, museum ships, baseball fields and guest ranches are examples of these types of venues. Have you considered doing a Civil War campsite reactment?

Camp and Play: There are a number of boy scout camps that are located practically next door to major theme parks, zoos, museums, nature gardens, and more.
