to visit is March / April / September / Octoboer when there is
beautiful weather and less competition for reservations.

Meteor Crater
First Proven, best-preserved meteorite impact site on the planet.
Nearly 50,000, a meteor about nearly 150 feet in diameter hit the earth about 22 miles southwest of Winslow. The impact left this
crater about 500 feet deep, 4,150 feet in diameter and the crater rim stands 150 feet above the surrounding plateau.
