Del Webb High Adventure Base—located in the pines and aspens above Kolob Reservoir and Zion National Park in southern Utah. Activity areas feature Rappelling, Mountain Boarding, Mountain Biking, Shooting Sports and Canyoneering areas all have a different program. The High Adventure portion of the camp is open to 13 yr. olds and above per National Standards of the Boy Scouts of America. The Base Camp portion is open to 11 year olds and up. Large groups can also reserve the camps for popular encampments or other special programs that involve all ages of youth.

Utah Temple Stands on Stilts [Apr 2013]
For the past several months, Provo, Utah, residents have had a unique sight in their midst: the nearly seven-million-pound exterior of a 112-year-old building standing on 40-foot-high steel stilts. More than just an unusual construction site, this scene is the beginning of an extensive process to preserve the exterior of the Provo Tabernacle, a community landmark gutted by fire in December 2010. As The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced in October 2011, the building is being converted into a Mormon temple.
Kane County Beetle Wars [Oct 2012]
A rare beetle has created an unusual battlefront between Kane County tourism officials and federal environmentalists. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes Tiger Beetle is extremely rare insect species found only in remote parts of Kane County Utah, particularly around the famous Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It's especially known for its striking colors and scientists estimate that only 1,000 of the beetles still exist. The colorful pink sand dunes are a favorite ATV destination. But they're also the only home for this colorful, half-inch beetle which could be easily crusted by off-Road vehicles.
Brigham City Mormon Temple [Sep 2012]
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently dedicated a new temple in Brigham City Utah. The Brigham City Utah Temple is the fourteenth temple built in Utah and the first built in Box Elder County. The Brigham City Utah Temple District covers the same region as the original Box Elder Stake. It features the distinctive gold-leafed statue of the angel Moroni atop the main temple spire. .
